If you made it this far please read this about order status and calling us. We have a small crew handling well over 100 custom orders in progress. Each time we get a call before the ETA date to check progress then it causes us to lose focus on someone else's order. We humbly ask you to please use the order notes in your account to communicate with us so that we can stay focused on getting the orders done right and done on time or earlier than expected. It's not that we don't want to talk to you but we don't want to talk to you just to tell you that your order is being worked on. We will call you and let you know the progress and ask for your approval throughout the build. Even though we make it look like magic the process to do custom orders on our scale with the number of custom choices is pretty complicated so we beg for your help to keep the communication down wherever possible to the essentials. - thanks and thank you again for trusting us with your cue protection.- John Barton and Team

SHIPPING: All orders for in-stock merchandise in before 2pm CST will be shipped the same day if possible. We reserve the right to change shippers if we feel that the service chosen would be better for the customer.

CUSTOM ORDERS: We make every effort to ensure orders are made to agreed-upon specifications in the estimated time frame quoted. However, delays may occur due to the nature of custom work and we will do our best to inform you of any delays and give you new estimates of completion dates. No refunds will be made for custom work that has been started.
We will show you the progress at each stage of construction and your job is to confirm that we are proceeeding as requested or to inform us of what we need to change. IF you simply say "ok", "looks good" or any other similar confirmation then we will proceed and we will take that to mean that you have carefully inspected the images and information you were sent. If, after your confirmation, we then complete the case and you tell us we did something wrong but you confirmed it then you will have to pay for the extra work to redo the case. We are a custom maker who handles well over 200 custom orders in progress. So we depend on you to be cognizant of what you have ordered. We don't want to do uneccessary extra work and we don't want you to be frustrated. We do not accept ANY changes or parameters that were verbally discussed with no written confirmation. Please insist that anything verbally discussed be written in the order.
Placing an order with us indicates that you fully agree to these terms and completely waive all attempts to force a refund by any means.

LEAD TIMES: Current delivery times are 8-16 weeks unless quoted otherwise. Please be patient and wait for us to get to your order and contact you. Please do not call us to ask for your order status and watch your email for notifcations. Please check your spam folder and let your email provider know that communication from us is ok if our email landed in your spam box.
