1. Return Condition

Sur D Soi (“we”, “us”, “our”) accepts returns or exchanges of Sur D Soi products (“products”) eligible to return (as defined in Sur D Soi general terms and conditions of sales) within 14 calendar days of receipt of the products.

Please read the product details carefully before confirming the order. We ensure only the best quality reaches our customers as each product goes through a well-defined quality check process.

Orders can be canceled anytime before they are dispatched without any additional costs. To cancel the order, please call us at our customer care number or email us at customerservice@surdsoi.com . We are unable to cancel the order once it has been dispatched.

We offer a complete "no fuss" guarantee to all our customers. We have immensely customer-friendly return & refund policies. Please ensure that the products are not used, altered, washed, soiled, or damaged in any way. Return all original tags and accessories. Branded packaging should be returned in its original condition.

1.1. Goods damaged upon receipt

If your goods are damaged, we would be happy to give you the following alternatives:

  •   Exchange the product for exact same product or
  •   Refund of the full amount paid by you.

In any of the above cases, contact must be made within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of the products by email customerservice@surdsoi.com notifying us of any damage to the product with pictures of the product received. Upon return, the article will undergo a quality check to ensure the quality problem is found to be our responsibility rather than misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control. Return all original tags and accessories. Branded packaging should be returned in its original condition.

1.2. Didn't Like the product or quality / Size not as per requirement / Changed my mind / Don't need it anymore:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Please mail us with the details within these 14 days. Upon return, the article will undergo a quality check to ensure there is no misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control.

Products shall be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused and undamaged, in their original package, if any, and with original tags and labels attached along with all related accessories, documents (e.g. instructions booklet, product certificates) and protective covers included.

Once the returned product passes the quality check to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging stage, an exchange/refund will be dispatched Once the returned product passes the quality check (not damaged due to not use of original or poor packaging, not having scratches/ Stains) to ensure it is unused and packaged back in its original packaging stage (so that it do not get damaged in the Transit), an exchange/refund will be processed.

In case of incomplete product / items missing in the package, the missing parts will be sent after verification from our end.

We only allow exchanges on the same product (same price) in a different size/color. If you would like to receive a different product, please return your product for a refund. Then place a new order online for the product you would like.

Returns or exchanges of incomplete, altered, worn, damaged, soiled products will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

1.3. Custom Product Order

Custom products are the products that are created on your request, apart from other available products on the website.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders for personalized products and for any other product that you were informed at the time of submitting your order that it could not be returned (in accordance with applicable law) (“non-returnable products”). Such orders are non-refundable, non-cancelable & non-exchangeable. they can only be replaced in case of in-correct products or damaged products received.

2. Return Process

Please follow the instruction below to return or exchange the product(s) to our warehouse

2.1. Return a product

To return a product, you must inform us of your intention to return or exchange a product. to this effect you may:

Connect to (link), log in to your account, go to your order history and complete the online return form by selecting the product(s) you would like to return and indicating the quantity and reason for return.

or contact our customer service for assistance through the web chat with order number, item name and item quantity or send an email to customerservice@surdsoi.com with order number, item name and item quantity.

2.2. Exchange a product

To exchange a product, you may contact our customer service through the web chat with order number, item name and item quantity or send an email to customerservice@surdsoi.com with order number, item name and item quantity.

2.3. Return and exchange - Shipping process

You will receive an email confirming your return or exchange request together with the shipment label.

wrap the products you wish to return or exchange safely to avoid damage; place them in their original package, if any, and then inside the shipping box in which you received your order;

attach the return prepaid shipping label included in the shipping box to the outside of the box, on top of the original label, and seal the box securely; if you have lost the label, please contact our customer service for assistance.

Please note that products must be returned within 14 calendar days from your request for return or exchange.

3. Refund

Upon receipt of a product for which a return or exchange was requested, we will inspect the product to ensure that the return / exchange conditions specified above in article 1 are met. Subject to the product meeting those conditions, an exchange or refund will be made.

For any refund for prepaid orders, we reverse the transaction you made. And for COD (cash on delivery) orders, you will have to share the account details so that refunds can be processed. Applicable COD charges are non-refundable, and only product charges are refunded. Refunds will be made to the original purchaser, in the original method of payment and in the same currency as purchase.

Refunds will occur no later than 14 days from the date we received the products, or you have provided evidence that you have returned them, whichever is the earliest. Refunds can take up to 5-7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
